How To Make A Complaint

1. Not happy about the service you have received?

2. Tell staff

3. Write down or ask someone to do this for you

4. Still not happy?

5 Speak, email or write to the service manager at your project.

6. It’s better if you give your name to help us investigate your issue properly

7. Speak to our Operations Manager, Katie or our CEO Kirsty on 01706 718 180

8. If you’re still unhappy our vice chair will investigate.
