We take complaints very seriously at WHAG.

Below you will find all the information you need to fill a complaint to the right people.

How to make a complaint

1. Not happy about a service?

2. Tell staff “I’m not happy”

3. Write it down or ask some one to do this for you

4. Still not happy?

5. Still Unhappy speak to our Service Manager Wendy On 01706 718180/0161 764 5066

6. It is better if you give your name but you don’t have to

7. Still unhappy speak to our Director Kirsty on 01706 718180

8. Still unhappy, speak to Khalida our vice chair person.
