Who is the service for?
The service is open to women aged 16 & over living in the borough of Rochdale who feel they would benefit from support. We have bi-lingual workers who speak Bengali, Urdu & Punjabi. These workers specifically offer support to black minority ethnic (BME) women.
Referrals can be made by self or any other agency.
We offer support with

- Housekeeping Skills
- Life Skills
- Resettlement/Re-housing
- Accessing Community Services
- Home Visits
- Form Filling
- Pre-tenancy Support
We also offer support to access:

How does it work?
Once we have received your referral, we will arrange a time to complete a needs assessment with you. This will be discussed with the team and if you have sufficient support needs you will be allocated a Support Worker as soon as soon as is possible.
The Support Worker will visit you, in your home, on a regular basis. Support can last up to a maximum of 2 years depending upon your individual needs.
With your Support Worker you will identify how your needs can be met, by completing a support plan. You will then work together to achieve these goals.
All our support worker as commited to providing a high quality service to women of many different backgrounds and everyone is invited to become involved in the organisation.
