The Outreach Project – Bury

Who is the service for?
• Vulnerable women of all backgrounds
• Aged 16 and over
• Women living in the Borough of Bury including Whitefield, Prestwich, Radcliffe, Tottington, Ramsbottom
• Women who feel they would benefit from support dealing with issues such as drug or alcohol misuse, mental health issues, domestic violence etc.

What do we do?
•We have a female support worker to provide advice and support to vulnerable women.
•We support black & ethnic minority women and have an Urdu/Punjabi speaking support worker

•Budgeting/debts
•Benefit applications
•Life skills
•Resettlement
•Form Filling
•Accessing training/education/employment
•Confidence building/ independence
