Are you a Woman (Aged 16 & Over) who would like your own tenancy and who needs support to achieve that?

What do we do?
Rose Court has 16 self contained flats and tenants live independently with support from staff that are on site from 9.15am – 11.30pm.

Office Hours:

Monday – Friday: 9.15am 5.15pm, then 6pm – 11.30pm

Saturday and Sunday: 6pm- 11.30pm

We offer support with:

  • Tenancy maintenance
  • Housing related benefits Entitlement and Claims
  • Budgeting/Debts
  • Housekeeping Skills
  • Life Skills
  • Resettlement
  • Accessing Community Services

We also offer support to access:

  • Training/Education
  • Employment opportunities
  • Other services include Heath Care (Doctor’s /Dentists)

How Does It Work?
Access to Rose Court is through self or agency referral. Just telephone for a referral form or go to the referral page.

Potential tenants are interviewed to see if our service would be suitable and we can offer appropriate support for your needs.

When a flat becomes available you will move in and be allocated a Support Worker.

With your Support Worker you will identify how your needs can be met, and work together towards meeting these. We offer an initial tenancy of 6 months. Tenancies range between 6 months to 12 months.

Move on
Within the 12 months you can stay at Rose Court, Your Support Worker will help you prepare to move on.
