What do we do?
We have the following services for domestic violence:

Medium Risk and Community Support
Domestic Abuse Accommodation
Our Cheshire West and Chester service provides supportive accommodation for women, men and children who are fleeing domestic abuse.
Refuge Accommodation: Our core refuge has eight individual units for women and families fleeing domestic abuse. Units contain a living area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom/s. The refuge also has a communal lounge, playroom, chill out area, activity kitchen, and laundry room and courtyard garden. 24 hours staffing.
Dispersed Accommodation: Our dispersed properties are located in Cheshire West and Chester and are for anyone fleeing domestic abuse. Dispersed accommodation provides greater access to refuge accommodation for larger families, male victims, people with complex needs, and individual or families fleeing with pets. Our dispersed properties have up to 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
How long can I stay?
Our accommodation is short term (approx.14 weeks). Support is provided to enable individuals and families to move into a new tenancy or to move out of area if they are at risk in Cheshire West and Chester.
How do I refer to these services?
Referrals can be self-referrals or agency referrals

What happens next?
You will be assessed to see if our service would be suitable to meet your needs. If it does you will be advised if there is any waiting time and then offered accommodation. On move in/sign up you will be allocated a support worker. They will help you identify your support needs and how they can be met. You will work together to achieve your goals.
Refuge: 8am – 11pm, or after 11pm for emergencies.
Dispersed: Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
All our support workers are committed to providing a high quality service to women of many different backgrounds and everyone is invited to become involved in the organisation.
