What do we do?

Supported Accommodation: We have 16 self-contained fully furnished flats and tenants live independently with support from staff that are on site.

We offer support with:

• Tenancy maintenance
• Housing-related benefits, entitlement and claims
• Budgeting/Debts
• Housekeeping Skills
• Life Skills
• Re-housing
• Accessing Community Services

We also offer support to access:

• Training/Education
• Employment opportunities
• Other services include Heath Care (Doctor’s /Dentists)

Move On:

• During your stay at Rose Court, your support worker will help you prepare to move on. This may be to more suitable supported accommodation or your own tenancy.

How long can I stay?

Supported Accommodation: Up to 9 months

How do I refer?

All referrals to Rose Court must go through an assessment service via WHAG. WHAG will accept self-referrals or agency referrals.

What happens next?

Potential tenants are interviewed by WHAG to see if our service would be suitable and we can offer appropriate support for your needs. If you’re accepted you will be contacted when a flat is available.

On move-in, you will be allocated a support worker. They will help you identify your support needs and how they can be met. You will work together to achieve your goals.

Rose Court Office Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8.15am – 11pm
Saturday and Sunday: 5.30pm- 11.00pm
